Custom Orders

Can I customize my items or order a different color?

Amy is always happy to work with you on a custom order. Please contact us prior to ordering.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We pack our orders to make every order feel like a gift.

Gnomes and decor are wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a hand drawn sticker.

Stickers and greeting cards come in a cello bag for protection, and the envelope is sealed with a hand drawn sticker.

Can I leave a gift message with my order?

Yes, if you have a gift message you would like to include in your order, please leave it in the "Order Special Instructions" textbox at checkout. it will be printed on a custom cardstock just for your recipient.

Please put the entirety of the gift message in between quotation marks like this example: "Hello, this is my gift message." so I know exactly what to include on the card.

NOTE: Please be sure to include any names you want on the gift message, as I will not include them otherwise.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States of America.

How long until my order ships?

This depends on our production time, which will always be listed on the home page.

Orders usually ship between 1-3 business days. During the busy holiday seasons, they usually ship between 3-5 business days.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, an email will be sent to you with the tracking information.

If you don't see an email from us, please check your spam folder.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact support@caffeinatedfairy.com with clear photo of the damaged item(s) within 3 days of delivery date, and we will be happy to ship another out to you at no charge.

What if my package is lost in the mail?

If your tracking says Delivered, but it is not at your address, please contact your local post office. They will ask you to check with neighbors and around your house. We are not responsible for stolen packages, so please be sure you have a safe, deliverable location.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local post office to report a missing package. If it cannot be located, we will send 1 replacement only at no extra charge.

Returns & Cancellations

How do I return an item?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us within 4 hours of purchase in the event you need to cancel your order. Please include your order number.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Sales & Coupons

I ordered before you put your sale on, can I get the sale price?

If you've ordered within 24 hours before a sale began, please contact us with your order number and we will refund the difference to match the sale price.

This offer is invalid on purchases made more than 24 hours before a sale began.

Can I use more than one coupon?

Coupon codes cannot be stacked, therefore only one coupon per order will be granted.

If you have multiple coupon codes, be sure to save them for future use.

Can I get credit for my unused coupons?

Once a coupon is inactive, it can no longer be used. Coupons have no cash value, so no credit or refunds will be given for unused coupons.
